This week

Airing this week

The shows people are watching right now, with a new episode in the next seven days.

What you get

Everything a tracker should do. Nothing it should not.

Up next, always

Tick off an episode and the next one is waiting for you on the home screen. No digging through seasons.

A calendar of what you follow

New episodes and release dates for your shows and movies only, week by week. Nothing you did not ask for.

Progress that makes sense

Mark one episode, a whole season, or "watched up to here". Specials stay out of the count.

Where to watch

Which services stream, rent or sell each title in your country, right on its page.

Search that knows everything

Every show and movie on TMDB, in English or French, with posters, overviews and air dates.

Your list is yours

No ads, no social feed, no selling your data. Export everything, in JSON and CSV, and leave any time.

How it works

Three steps, then it just runs.

  1. 1

    Search and add

Find a show or movie and put it on your watchlist. Takes five seconds.

  2. 2

    Tick as you watch

Check off episodes from the show page, the calendar, or the home screen.

  3. 3

    Come back to Up next

Open the app and the next episode of every show you are into is right there.

Questions

The short answers

Is it really free?

Yes. There is nothing to pay, no credit card to enter, and no ads. It is a tracker made by one person who wanted a good one.

Where do the shows and movies come from?

From The Movie Database (TMDB), a community-run catalogue, and the "where to watch" lists from JustWatch through TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Is there a phone app?

The web app installs to your home screen and opens full screen, like a native app:

  • iPhone or iPad (Safari): tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
  • Android (Chrome): tap the menu, then "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
Can I import from Trakt, TV Time or Letterboxd?

Yes. Upload the export file from any of the three (or one of your own exports) from Settings, check the preview, and your library, episode progress and ratings come over. An import removes nothing. Step by step: TV Time, Trakt, Letterboxd.

What do you do with my data?

Nothing beyond running the app. No ads, no selling, no third-party trackers. Analytics are self-hosted and anonymous. See the privacy policy for details.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export your whole library as JSON or CSV from Settings, in the shape a Trakt or Letterboxd style import expects. You can delete your account any time, too.

Start with one show.

Add it, tick an episode, and see what Up next feels like.
